Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay in this home. It was very clean. All the beds/bedding/pillows were very comfortable. This home has a beautiful view out the back side large windows. There is lots of outdoor seating around the fire pit, along with other seating areas looking out onto the water. The grill was clean which was was greatly appreciated. There are various games in the garage with a large front yard to play, and a nice park within walking distance of the home. This home has a large kitchen with an open floor plan. This home was perfect for us allowing for easy entertaining with our family who live in Marble Falls. This is such a great home!! We highly recommend it and hope to return back to this home in the future.

Beautiful, well appointed home that was a perfect location for our family gathering. Lots of activities for the grandkids to enjoy including water slide, kayaks, basketball court, hot tub and pool. They had so much fun that they cannot wait to come back. Will definitely rent again.

Great homes for our large family to get together for Christmas. The weather was warm so we were able to enjoy the outdoor areas, including the pool, hot tub, and kayaks. Also the playground was great for the grandkids. The description of the homes was accurate which helped us plan. Plenty of room for everyone. The host was super responsive before and during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

This home was absolutely perfect for our group of 10 adults, 2 toddlers, and 1 baby. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how thoughtfully and beautifully the space is set up.
The kitchen deserves special mention—it was truly 100% fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals for six days. Pots, pans, utensils, appliances… nothing was missing, which made hosting and family meals incredibly easy and enjoyable.
The furnishings were brand new, immaculate, and very comfortable, and the entire house was spotless. Every space felt well-designed, welcoming, and ideal for a large group without ever feeling crowded.
The outdoor space was a huge highlight—beautiful and spacious, and perfect for relaxing, gathering, and letting both adults and kids enjoy time outside. We especially loved watching NCAA playoff and bowl games, as well as NFL games, on the large outdoor TV.
