With a background in private equity and decades of experience in global acquisitions, Robert brings a strategic and informed perspective to every endeavor. He has built and managed a personal portfolio of both short- and long-term rental properties and has served as an advisor to major platforms such as Guesty, VRBO, and Airbnb. His deep market knowledge, combined with a passion for the Highland Lakes area, fuels his commitment to helping others discover and invest in this remarkable community. Having grown up vacationing on Lake LBJ, Robert developed a lifelong connection to the region. Today, with his family living in the area and properties throughout the Highland Lakes, his work is both professional and deeply personal. Through Horseshoe Bay Living, he’s dedicated to showcasing the best of the community he loves.

Kale Stephens is a founding member and licensed Broker for the HSB Group, a third-generation resident of the Highland Lakes community, and a licensed realtor since 2011. With deep roots in the area, Kale has built a successful career helping clients achieve their real estate goals.  His expertise lies in real estate investing, supported by his hands-on experience in residential construction, which began in 2014. Kale has built and remodeled numerous homes and maintains a growing portfolio of rental properties. As a skilled negotiator and knowledgeable investor, Kale understands the specific needs of real estate investors from personal experience. His dedication to the Highland Lakes community extends beyond his professional work, as he is deeply committed to its future. Kale’s passion for real estate and his community is evident in every transaction, making him a trusted and valuable resource for clients.      

Jeanette is a seasoned property management professional with over 20 years of experience, specializing in vacation rentals throughout the Highland Lakes area. She launched her own successful management business in the early 2000s in Lake Travis and has since built a strong reputation for delivering personalized service, expert guidance, and consistent results for property owners. As both a homeowner and income property owner herself, Jeanette brings a practical, empathetic approach to management—offering solutions that reduce stress and maximize rental income. Now living full-time in Kingsland with her husband, she combines her deep local roots with a passion for marketing and technology to help properties stand out and thrive in a competitive market.

Christopher  oversees the daily management of luxury vacation rentals. He focuses on guest experience, property upkeep, and making sure everything runs efficiently. With over 10 years of experience in hospitality, operations, and staffing, Christopher has worked with both large hotel brands and high-end short-term rentals. He takes a hands-on, people-first approach to leadership—building strong teams, improving systems, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service.

He’s passionate about creating great experiences for guests, supporting team growth, and giving homeowners peace of mind. Originally connected to the Hill Country through his grandfather in Burnet, Christopher now lives locally with his wife and family. That personal connection drives his commitment to service and supporting the community.

Nikola leads Owner Communications and Business Development. He works closely with property owners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, strong relationships, and steady business growth. With over six years at the company, Nikola has held nearly every role, giving him a deep understanding of how the business runs. His background in law adds strong communication and problem-solving skills, which he uses in negotiations and planning.

Nikola is detail-oriented and focused on guest satisfaction, always aiming to create great experiences that lead to repeat stays. He values building trust with both guests and property owners, and his connection to the local community helps him offer a personal, informed approach. His passion for quality service and long-term relationships is at the heart of everything he does.
