Cradled by the sinuous arms of the Llano River and Colorado River, the lake maintains a consistent water level, providing a serene and inviting environment. Located in the charming Burnet/Kingsland area, our property offers convenient access to a trio of acclaimed state parks, each with its own unique allure: Vineyards: Whether you're a wine connoisseur or just enjoy a good glass of red or white, Burnet has lots of amazing options. Both Perissos and Torr Na Lochs are nearby and worth visiting Longhorn Cavern State Park: Beneath the earth's surface lies an enchanting world within the ancient limestone cave system of Longhorn Cavern State Park. Guided tours lead visitors through a mesmerizing realm of awe-inspiring formations and rich geological history. Enchanted Rock State Natural Area: Dominated by the colossal granite dome of Enchanted Rock, this natural area offers a landscape of rugged beauty. Hiking trails wind through woodlands, creeks, and diverse plant and animal life, culminating in breathtaking vistas. At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests:
- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.
- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.
- The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay
- The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange heating, and do not attempt to heat the pool on your own. To avoid extra fines, please refrain from using glass tableware or bottles near the pool, and rinse off any sunscreen before entering the water.
- For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, but none of them face inside the house or look into interior spaces.
Getting around
We recommend traveling by car when exploring the picturesque Texas Hill Country and Burnet. Our enchanting locale is best navigated by car, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the stunning landscapes and natural wonders of the region.
