Surrounded by beautiful Texas Hill Country hills (including legendary Packsaddle Mountain) and embraced by the Llano River and Colorado River arms of constant-level Lake LBJ, Kingsland boasts miles of Texas’ most sought-after lakefront property. There are three popular state parks within easy driving distance: Inks Lake State Park; Longhorn Cavern State Park; and Enchanted Rock State Natural Area The famous “Slab” on the Llano River is one of the area’s favorite swimming holes, and Kingsland Community Park provides public access to the lake.

- Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am and are strictly enforced by the community. Please be mindful of this and take into account that outdoor music is not allowed past 10pm, and outdoor noise should be brought to the minimum.
- No smoking
- Pets are allowed with written permission only. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $1,000 dollar Penalty. There is a maximum of 2 pets, and unfortunately cats are not allowed at all. The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay
- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.
- The swimming pool: It can be heated at an extra cost. If you would like the pool heated please contact us and we will set it up. Please do not heat the pool on your own. Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the pool. Broken glass in the pool will result in extra fines. Please help us keep the water clean by rinsing off any sunscreen before entering the pool.
